Hi, Welcome to the Fat Burning Diet Blog. I'm from beautiful South Africa. As child I was always very skinny. After the birth of my children I started to put on some weight, but not that much. However, pretty soon I started to gain weight for no reason at all. I'm an emotional eater. It took me a long time to realize that I have all the power in the world to control my life.
So I know how it feels to be not in control and believe me I do have sympathy with you.
