oh and if you guys need any help on exercises then message me,when i was in high school(a year ago haha)i bench pressed 405 pounds(i weighed 300 pounds at the time,football star with D-1 football scholarships but i blew it)i weigh around 265 now,so if you want to know the programs i followed(not the diet)then let me know,because this video honestly is horrible.the food that burns fat is good though,no disrespect to this guy at all,he’s smart with the dieting part,not the exercising part though.

the best way to lose weight is eat right and train like a MMA fighter,which in other words,besides doing all of the crazy exercises i do,run with trash bags on your body layers of clothing,you can honestly lose 20 pounds in an EXTREMELY short amount of time,but it IS dangerous,it’s only for cutting weight before a fight if you can’t make the weight.But make sure you workout 45 minutes a day and have 30-45 min. of cardio for the average person,i do way more than that for fighting though.

I don’t body build little boy, I powerlift. That is why I understand the difference between a squat, which is what I do, and whatever quad exercise you do and call a squat. Go back to curling and talking big but lower your eyes and mumble big words when you watch real squatting.

dumbass what do you think you are using when you squat. you use both your quads and hamstrings the hamstrings are used eccentrically but more force and strain is put on your quads when you are pushing up. So how about you quit bodybuilding all together. chances are you don’t really know what you’re doing anyway. leave the big talking to the people who know what they are talking about

Squats are a posterior chain exercise not a quad exercise unless you are doing it wrong. You want a sixpack he is right in the sense of doing a good compound routine to develop muscles however everyone has a six pack already… just some people have it covered in fat. Lose the fat, gain the six pack. Eat less calories than you burn each day and you lose the fat. Do the exercises and create the muscle and the shape. Simple.
