what are some fat burning compatible foods?

if you don’t know what that is, it’s food that’s easy to burn – so your body can go on to burning fat.

i’m not looking for ways to lose weight, just changing the way i eat.

and i’m vegetarian.

There are no foods that make you burn calories more.

Your metabolism is increased by activity and higher muscle mass only.

Celery is so low in calories that it takes more calories to digest it, than it gives the body. There is no proof that water with lemon or any citrus fruit increases the metabolism.

One thing that is true about lemon juice is that when you put it on your food, it causes you to salivate, and saliva is what breaks down your food for digestion. It just helps break down that steak you have eaten so your body can absorb the nutrients easier.

I think that is where people come up with the lemon juice/grapefruit diet farce.

About Helenaz

Hi, Welcome to the Fat Burning Diet Blog. I'm from beautiful South Africa. As child I was always very skinny. After the birth of my children I started to put on some weight, but not that much. However, pretty soon I started to gain weight for no reason at all. I'm an emotional eater. It took me a long time to realize that I have all the power in the world to control my life. So I know how it feels to be not in control and believe me I do have sympathy with you. My prayer is that you will start on your life changing journey and that you will allow me to be of help in difficult situations.

Finally, the first sensible question on here.

Low fat + Low Carb + High Protein (so you don’t turn into nicole richie)= HOT Chick.

Vegetarian… Do you Eat egg whites?
If not you will be the tofu guzzlin’ wonder… Unless it’s high in fat.

    —–Rule of thumb——
    Eat your bodyweight in:
    -GRAMS of protein,
-Calories (not grams- each gram of fat=10 cal of fat)
    -Grams of carbs
-No carbs within 4 hours of sleep, protein and Low fat ok

Very well said, I totally agree with you. Just to add on what you said, any weight loss tips to help speed up metabolism do just that. They help you. You still must have your overall fitness and nutrition plan in line with the goals you want to achieve. In order to get rid of any amount of excess weight, you must speed up metabolism. Your metabolism is a biochemical process that occurs in your body. If your metabolism runs high you can burn fat and lose weight with out a lot of extra activity or at least faster. The definition of metabolism is the level with which a persons body will make and then consume calories that are needed for life. Thank you and more power to your blog, continue writing very interesting topics.
