This is all good …
This is all good shit. Really if you want to get started working out hard you don’t have to do anything this in-depth right away. Start with pop-squats (which are the base workout in Thai boxing) to build up your quads and also explosiveness. Also check out the Bartendaz, they have crazy back workouts like kip-up pull-ups (my favorite).

So do you have to eat 6 times a day? I usually eat twice a day and make a juice with spinach and oranges and nectarines. Those were some amazing results. kudos dude. I usually just hike but I may have to start doing your type of workout to get those results.

This workout is amazing… I’m trainingfor about a year.. Mainly on arms and chest.. I spent about month on this and results are amazing.. BTW I do 2x15reps with 30 seconds brake after each 15.. It just works better for me..

Hey guys for the three workout routines he has listed as his spartan workout, I would suggest doing them monday, wednesday and friday aka… routine 1 on monday, routine 2 on wednesday etc so that your body does not find the workouts to repeated and they will strengthen more.
He eats a lot of vegetables and fish with high omega 3 and protein such as tuna. He also eats 6 times a day all small meals allowing for your body to burn excess fat while doing nothing.

for those who ask …
for those who ask why his body is uneven is because his right arm/right side is the dominant side.
do you see how he has no dumbell exercises that work each arm individually ?? all his workouts use a bar, when you use a bar, your stronger arm works harder than the other hence giving an uneven body. so when he does abs one side of abs is working more to lift the dominant side…hence uneven abs. his uneven chest at 2:43 shows he does too much bench press/push ups and not enough dumbell flys.

ok sorry guys but i have to burst your bubble, theres no way he gained those muscles naturally without lots of supplements in just 17 weeks.
most likely he took loads of creatine, and or nitric oxide or other supplements.

ya the first 3 months this might work, but the next however many months would fail because the plateau effect.
Oh ya, don’t forget that you used probably around 500 bucks worth of supplements, because, I hate to say it, you can’t get there without supplements in that short of time.
Shit, you have to take like 3 or 4+ supplements, 1 or 2 wouldn’t even get you there that fast. Lots of creatine=dumb. Just water weight
