    ok fist do this exerscise 3-4 times a week, eat low fat foods and do lots of cardio like running swimming, this burns lots of fat but make sure you do not do this workout too much you might strain yourself! good luck! and be patient!!

    You are right. This isn’t an exercise you want to be doing twice a day.

    Abs recover quickly, but not that quickly. At the most you probably want to do this once a day but every other day is better.

    do this3-4 times a week but not in a row eg do the workout monday, wednesday, friday that way u are letting your muscles tone and then bout 6-8 weeks you will see results… also eat a low fat diet, so while you are doing this workout you body will be burning fat, and not the extra fat you eat from foods :D
    doing cardio workout is also very good for burning fat so do some cardio
    im 14 to and i am seeing results
