The back should be perpendicular to the ground…. right before lift off. if you had it slightly bent forward but still the natural curvature of the lower back you would still be hinging at your back at lift off thus not transferring the weight through your trunk to your legs and not having the bar close to your body since you would be leaning over(but still having your shoulders back and chest up).

The back just needs to maintain its natural curvature.
Keeping the shoulders back and chest out will help keep from injuring the lower back.
Keeping the back perpendicular would cause imbalance.

Great workout and can be very punishing. if you dont have any dumbells try and increase the amount of time you do the exercise for. For example try it out to your favourite piece of music for 3 minutes every day, and increase the time by a minute each day the following week. but be carefull!, if you find your not sleeping very well or becoming irritable your overdoing it, so knock it back to 3 on 2off and see how you go.

I started doing this, 3 reps of 10, every day for about two months so far with 10lb weights. Heading out to upgrade to some 25lb weights. Honestly, my legs were hurting more than anything for the first 5 days, I almost gave up. Now I’m feeling stronger, am seeing defined muscle in my arms for the first time in my life, and have lost quite a bit of weight in combination with a healthy diet and cardio. I am so happy I found this, no joke.

This is kinda misleading cause fat burning is not done simply by lifting weights or doing squats, chins, presses or whatever. Burning fat is complex, and consists of multiple excersises. It is also important to note at you dont start burning fat just by doing this for like 8 reps 3 sets. Although somewhat disputed, scitentists say you you dont start fat burning until you have been doing cardio excersises for approx. 30-40 min. You first have to use your stored glycogen etc…Nice girl though
