Also, keep in mind that raw food is better (healthier) than cooked food. Try to eat as much raw food as possible. However, sometimes it is better to cook specific food as they may harbor toxic compounds that can wreak havoc on your digestive tract.

Carrots on the other hand contain fragile nutrients that will be destroyed in a frying pan. Cooked carrots still contain very important nutrients and vitamins.  Cooked or raw, carrots are always enjoyable.

Is sushi any better than grilled salmon? Apparently not! What to do then? The best way is to eat a mixture of raw and cooked veggies and fruit. No need to torture yourself to eat raw stuff if you usually eat it cooked. Be experimental and use your culinary skills to create interesting dishes.

Make your choices of fat burning food according to your own liking. If you see your food burning diet as an adventure, you may be in for a new taste bud experience and uncover food that you never thought of before.

Fat burning diets are more than something you try for a couple of weeks every now and then. No, no, no. It is a changed lifestyle, a changed perspective on your views of food.

Try to stay clear of sugary things, fats and eating huge portions or second helpings. If your love food is chocolate then demonizes it will frustrate you and most likely sabotage your best intentions. So be kind to yourself and your cravings.
