If you do not like exercising think creatively on how you can get active.  Take a brisk walk in the park, play ball with the children, or join a dance club. Life is so full of fun things to do. All you have to do is get off from the couch!

Before starting with any fat burning program, take a break and sort out your mind. It is important that your mindset is healthy.  If you want to loose weight for any other reason than for yourself, you are most likely to fail.

1    Set achievable goals. Write your goals down, preferably on small cards that you can take everywhere with you.  You will come across many temptations.  Be prepared by always having your goals (on the cards) with you.

2    Educate yourself. Choose a fat burning diet that suits your temperament.  It is not necessary you starve yourself.  A healthy person has good eating habits and do not try to starve oneself.

3    Work a wide variety of fat burning food into your diet. For some people it is better to stay on a fat burning diet plan with the same food everyday.  However, we are all different and to eat day in and day out the same food may drive you to the brink of boredom and giving up

4   A good fat burning diet does include fat burning workouts. Get somebody to do activities with you.  Join a gym, start a walking club, get your friend to dance with you.  Get active and stay active.  Again, boredom is a great fly in the ointment when it came to achieving your goals.

5    This one rule is absolutely vital for your survival on a fat burning diet. If you make a mistake, DO NOT GIVE UP! Learn from it.  Put it behind you, get back to your program, and set goals.
