Dear Diary,

Recently my mirror and scale confronted me with the fact that I’m overweight. What? Me? Shocked and rattled I took a day to take inventory of my life. I realized I need some drastic measures because this body is not me. Well, you guess right I need a fat burning diet.

A look down memory lane reveals that I was always a skinny child.  With any meal, I was always the last to finish. Most of the time I did not even finish my plate and my mother out of pure frustration let me leave the table.  Eating was just not high on my priority list. This nostalgia of a happy, carefree life is now urging me to take stock and change my life with a fat burning diet.

Even after the birth of my two children, I had still a good figure. Well, not a beauty pageant figure, but that never bothered me.  Just as long as I can go to a shop and get well fitting clothes that shows all the necessary curves everything was honky dory.

groenteDear Diary, you know what they say, desperate times needs desperate measures. I need desperate measures to get me out off this deep, black pit.  I need to rethink why food, the mirror, my clothes and the scale suddenly became my worst enemy.  I need to retrain my mind and body with strategies from a fat burning diet.
