In my experience, I have formulated ideas that are working for me. I always start with myself. If you do not know yourself how will you be able to make the right choices for YOU!

We hear constantly “BELIEVE!” Does it mean that if you “BELIEVE” you’ve found a miracle cure for your weight problems? That just to believe your body will be instantly transformed? No, certainly not; but remember you have always the necessary resources to face any uphill battle in life; and losing weight is definitely an uphill battle. It is also true that the exact resources you need to face your weight loss storm are sometimes locked up in the depths of your heart. Always be prepared so that you never miss an opportunity or lose the weight loss battle.

You are worth much more than you think. You are important in this world even though you may not believe it. You have to be without fear to triumph in the end. Focus solely on the end result. Conserve your energy and know that you do not need to take a giant step to reach your weight-loss goals. On the other hand, if you start and stay with the easy challenges, you may never be ready to tackle the real challenges and therefore, may never achieve any success.

You may feel you have done everything right and are still not losing weight and may become disheartened. You must have an intimate knowledge of yourself and how you react in certain circumstances. Weight loss challenges always involve your intuition. Even though you may think that you know everything there is to know about fat burning diets; knows this: you have walked only have the weight loss journey after you have walked 90% of the road.

The Best Healthy Eating Diet For You: Tips And Secrets

Image via Wikipedia

It seems as if there is a new diet released every day, and sometimes even more often than that. With all of the competing plans out there, it can be difficult to figure out what the best healthy eating diet is for you.

However, it is important to find not only a diet that works, but one that you can stick to. You can start by writing down everything you eat and how you feel. You should do this as you are eating your regular diet, with no changes. Don’t worry about how healthy it is at this point. If you gulp down a double cheeseburger, doughnuts and soda, then write it down. This is so you can get a baseline to compare other diets to.

Keep doing this for a week or so and you will have a clear picture of the current state of your diet, and the effects your diet has on you. Once you know what your current eating habits are doing to you, you can start looking for other diets that will improve your health.

The next thing you need to do is consider what your weight loss goals are. For example, if you are overweight, or have diabetes, then you should look for a healthy eating diet that fits those goals. However, if you are just looking to improve your general state of health, then any eating plan that appears to be nutritionally sound should be fine.

Now it’s simply a matter of repeating the process of tracking what you eat and how it makes you feel. Feel free to add any other notes, such as times you “cheat” on your new diet, your weight (if that’s a concern), thoughts, or anything else that you think is worthy of making a note of. As a word of caution: if you have been used to an unhealthy diet, and then you suddenly switch to eating food that is better for you, you’re going to feel kind of funny for the first few days. This is because your body is, in effect, relearning how to deal with real food. Keep tracking what you eat, and you should notice that you’re feeling better than ever after a few days of your new healthy eating diet.

Different diets have a different effect on people, so it’s important to know how the food you eat has an impact on you. For example, a lot of people that try high-carbohydrate, low-fat diets often find that they can get irritable and drowsy. If this happens to you, and you still feel that way after a few weeks, then it may be time to consider another healthy eating diet.

However, before you switch to another plan of any kind, review your food log to see if there may be specific foods that are causing the problem. You should be able to find a replacement for a particular food, as opposed to switching over to an entirely new healthy eating diet. Both ways, sticks with it, and you will eventually find the best diet for you.

If you’ve been wondering which machine is the best to aid you with your

exercises to lose weight, you’ve come to the right place. There are a variety of options that can get you the sexy body you want, but we will present here two healthy and efficient options to choose from: treadmills and treadclimbers. Both are effective, but one is faster than the other. And we know that those who aim to shed extra pounds want fast results. So, what is the best option?

Treadmills are units that use one belt, powered by a sturdy motor. They work with high incline and speed levels, allowing users to program running and cardio workouts based on their fitness level.

Treadclimbers are cardio equipment that works as 3-all-in-one machine: treadmill, stair climber and elliptical. They incorporate 2 treadles, one for each foot. The main advantage is that you get to make two movements simultaneously, that is climbing and walking.

When talking about weight loss, the main concept is the intensity.

Treadmills incorporate specific weight loss programs with preset incline and speed values. However, to complete such a workout, you need to have speed endurance, and this is something you can build only over time. Some treadmill consoles allows you to insert age, weight and gender; therefore, giving accurate feedback on your performance. It’s important to be constantly aware of how your body is coping, in order to improve your performance and reach your weight loss goals.

Treadclimbers help you keep track of your performance, offer weight loss programs, and provide more intensity that will help you reach your goals 3 times faster. And you don’t need speed endurance to keep up the pace.

The treadclimber is not built for runners; this is something you should keep in mind. It is designed for low-impact walking, for climbing and stepping. On this machine, the factor that determines the intensity is resistance. Maximum speed supported is 4 mph. Yes, it’s lower than on a treadmill, but the movements of this machine make the difference.

The difference between treadmills and treadclimbers is the latter works all your core muscles at the same time, without risking to lose your breath while you work out. This is what leads to burning fat, and in 3 times shorter than a treadmill.

I started losing my extra pounds after 6-7 weeks of running on a treadmill. Even if there are a variety of weight loss workouts to do on the treadmill, it takes time to build endurance to finish a fat burning workout from the start to end.

However, I did have the chance to test treadclimbers as well. And yes, you can feel the difference in your body from the first week of working out. Even if you have little endurance at the beginning, 20 minutes on the tread climber are 3 times more intense than running on the treadmill at 10 mph.

No matter what your personal preference is, the most important fact is to exercise for a healthy heart and body. However, if you are determined to do exercises to lose weight, and you want this to happen fast, treadclimbers are the better choice.

Go Wild: Breaking Fat Burning Rules

When you want to lose weight, there might be a number of rules you will want to follow in order to shed the pounds as quickly as possible.

That said some rules just do not work!

No matter how great they sound or how many experts can show you the results following these rules will bring you, there are a number that can be easily broken. Mind you, not always but at least sometimes.

Knowing which fat burning rules to break will give you better chance of losing the weight you would like to lose and keep it off.

1. Using certain items to “motivate” you will sometimes simply not work!

Having a size 2 pair of jeans in your closet might seem like a good way to motivate yourself towards your weight loss goals. However, let us face it for most people this is just depressing and frustrating.  Especially, if you currently wearing size 10 clothes.

The better way is to get rid of anything that does not fit.  Next step is to stop weighing yourself every day.   If you are exercising, as you should, you are building muscles.   Muscles weigh much more than fat, therefore the scale may become your enemy and might trip you to give up your weight loss journey.

2. Cut out all your love (junk) food in your life.

If you have bad eating habits, cutting out these habits, is a sure way to fall right back into them.  When the cravings kick in, you will simply be too frustrated to continue with any fat burning diet.

Instead, break this rule.  Cut back on your calories and watch what you eat, but allow yourself to have sweets and other bad food a few times a week, gradually continuing to cut back until you don’t need those foods any longer.

3. Cutting out one food group or another in general.

You need proteins, even if you are a vegetarian.  You need carbohydrates, even if you do go on the Atkins diet.  You even need fats, even if you are overweight.

All the nutrients in your body have to work together on a daily basis to regulate your body’s function, and cutting out completely one link to that chain will ruin your entire health.  Instead, learn which foods to eat in moderation and follow that rule instead.

You are in control of your life. Question weight loss rules that you come across.  It is far better to do that than to follow rules that you will entice you to break them. We are all unique human beings. One rule may work for you but not for me.  The secret is to find fat burning diets that will allow you to be what you are and at the same time guide you to a healthy new lifestyle change.
