exercises to lose weight, you’ve come to the right place. There are a variety of options that can get you the sexy body you want, but we will present here two healthy and efficient options to choose from: treadmills and treadclimbers. Both are effective, but one is faster than the other. And we know that those who aim to shed extra pounds want fast results. So, what is the best option?

Treadmills are units that use one belt, powered by a sturdy motor. They work with high incline and speed levels, allowing users to program running and cardio workouts based on their fitness level.

Treadclimbers are cardio equipment that works as 3-all-in-one machine: treadmill, stair climber and elliptical. They incorporate 2 treadles, one for each foot. The main advantage is that you get to make two movements simultaneously, that is climbing and walking.

When talking about weight loss, the main concept is the intensity.

Treadmills incorporate specific weight loss programs with preset incline and speed values. However, to complete such a workout, you need to have speed endurance, and this is something you can build only over time. Some treadmill consoles allows you to insert age, weight and gender; therefore, giving accurate feedback on your performance. It’s important to be constantly aware of how your body is coping, in order to improve your performance and reach your weight loss goals.

Treadclimbers help you keep track of your performance, offer weight loss programs, and provide more intensity that will help you reach your goals 3 times faster. And you don’t need speed endurance to keep up the pace.

The treadclimber is not built for runners; this is something you should keep in mind. It is designed for low-impact walking, for climbing and stepping. On this machine, the factor that determines the intensity is resistance. Maximum speed supported is 4 mph. Yes, it’s lower than on a treadmill, but the movements of this machine make the difference.

The difference between treadmills and treadclimbers is the latter works all your core muscles at the same time, without risking to lose your breath while you work out. This is what leads to burning fat, and in 3 times shorter than a treadmill.

I started losing my extra pounds after 6-7 weeks of running on a treadmill. Even if there are a variety of weight loss workouts to do on the treadmill, it takes time to build endurance to finish a fat burning workout from the start to end.

However, I did have the chance to test treadclimbers as well. And yes, you can feel the difference in your body from the first week of working out. Even if you have little endurance at the beginning, 20 minutes on the tread climber are 3 times more intense than running on the treadmill at 10 mph.

No matter what your personal preference is, the most important fact is to exercise for a healthy heart and body. However, if you are determined to do exercises to lose weight, and you want this to happen fast, treadclimbers are the better choice.

The amount of calories that you consume on a daily basis will determine whether you gain or lose weight and this is one of the most important aspects of any weight loss program that you decide to go on.

Studies have been taken where overweight people believed they were eating no more food than other people they associated with who were considerably slimmer than them.

The overweight people were under the false impression that the reason why they were heavier and gaining weight was due to their body’s.

Metabolism B: Part 2

Metabolism B: Part 2

August 23, 2:36 PM Orlando Blended Families Examiner – Cindy Shields

If you have found yourself reading part 2, don’t despair!  The following will provide more information on Metabolism B, and part 3 will provide the solution! Read on!

There are so many weight loss books and theories today, how is Metabolism Miracle different?
Although the book shelves are sagging with half-baked weight loss programs, diets written by physicians, fad diets concocted by celebrities, ..no program to date focuses on all the specific needs of people with Met B. These millions of frustrated, previously unsuccessful dieters need a program that puts all the pieces of their metabolic puzzle together into one practical, realistic, and successful program. No other weight reduction program is written expressly for all of the unique metabolic needs of the millions with Metabolism B. The cause of weight gain for those with Met B is not excess calories or inactivity. The root cause of Met B is a hormonal imbalance! Those with this alternate metabolism have a genetic predisposition to overproduce insulin, a fat-gain hormone. They didn’t cause this metabolism, they were born with the potential for it!

Do you have medical support for this program?

I was always employed by respected hospitals and health care systems and the physician base in these areas had come to know and respect me. When I began to develop The Metabolism Miracle, I was already practicing traditional nutrition for over 15 years. I actually developed the Nutrition Programs for the Diabetes Centers of 2 hospitals. When I decided that I had enough data to support The Miracle, I set out to run my own private practice and to use this method for appropriate weight loss patients. The results were overwhelmingly positive…not only regarding weight loss but for improved health. As the area physicians came to see the results, in weight loss and improvements in cholesterol, hypertension, and Diabetes…..and as their patients began to require less medication for their health issues…..more and more came on board. My business now flourishes from both physician and patient referrals…..and The Metabolism Miracle is the #1 program that I teach.

My doctors always seem to advocate low calorie/low fat/high carb diets, and they don’t work for me.  Do you think more physicians will be educated on different metabolism types and needs? In the near future, I believe that dieters as well as physicians and nutritionists will address the checklists in the beginning of the book to decide which type of program they NEED to affect long lasting weight loss and improved health. In the future, I feel that all weight reduction patients will be classified as Metabolism A or Metabolism B and taught appropriately based on their genetic predisposition. It is the way I decide which method to use for every patient who comes to my Center for weight reduction.

I follow Metabolism Miracle with great results (which I discuss in part 3).  Do you follow your own plan, Diane? I not only follow the program (I live on the 3rd step which is maintenance), but it has allowed me to regain my health and become medication free.

If you want to know more about Metabolism B and how it works, move on to part 3!
