Good Fat Burning Supplements?

Does know or recommend any fat burning supplements that work well?? I’m 6’2" and I weigh 215lbs, I’m not fat by any means but I wouldn’t mind losing the mini gut the I have forming around my stomach. I do go to the gym regularly and do cardio and lift weights but it’s not helping. Can anyone help me??

if you really want to burn fat, then drink green tea (without adding milk or sugar; have it in hot water). have 2-3 cups daily for a month or two for effective weight loss and speeding up metabolism. it works! i’ve tried it..

What are some good fat burning supplements?

Plese only give me only answers with powder or non-pill supplements. I am on a weight lifting routine, cardio, and I have a balanced diet of good protein sources with a lot of fiber and healthy fats and carbs. I just need something that would help me achieve my goals in a more desirable time frame.

Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.

There are so many weight loss books and theories today, how is Metabolism Miracle different?
Although the book shelves are sagging with half-baked weight loss programs, diets written by physicians, fad diets concocted by celebrities, ..no program to date focuses on all the specific needs of people with Met B. These millions of frustrated, previously unsuccessful dieters need a program that puts all the pieces of their metabolic puzzle together into one practical, realistic, and successful program. No other weight reduction program is written expressly for all of the unique metabolic needs of the millions with Metabolism B. The cause of weight gain for those with Met B is not excess calories or inactivity. The root cause of Met B is a hormonal imbalance!
