You can try having Oats, since it has got high fibre. You can have honey mixed with hot water in empty stomach in the morning. That will reduce fat. I tried this. Both are really working….

Grapefruit will actually burn up more cals in your body than it actually contains. Another big one is Chilli, burns up the energy like when you start to get a bit hot and sweat it is actually buring energy to do that which is always a good thing, unless you dont like spicy food, then it could be a problem:0)
